General Care & Cleaning

• Maintain the Shape: Avoid compression, over-stuffing, and other forms of distorting the bag’s original shape, as it can lead to permanent damage or loss of functionality.
• Proper Wiping Technique: Clean products using a soft cloth, such as a microfiber towel, to remove any loose dirt or dust. Slightly dampened cloths may also be used, but strictly avoid any chemical cleaning products.  A mild dish detergent mixed with water is recommended.
• Follow the Grain: Brush or sweep the bag’s panels in straight motions aligned with the natural grain of the fabric patterns. Do not press too firmly or use circular motions, as this could damage the weather-protective coatings or cause blemishes.

Component-Specific Care & Usage

• Fleece-Lined Top Compartment - Intended to safely store your mobile phone, car keys, wallet, sunglasses, and other sensitive or quick-access items.  Light vacuuming or a gentle wipe-down with a damp microfiber cloth is recommended to keep the fleece clean and soft
• Main Storage Compartment with Shelving - This core compartment features shelving attached with hook and loop fasteners that can be adjusted or removed if desired. We strongly recommend using the adjustable shelves for organizational purposes at all times to provide The Arsenal with essential internal structural support and prevent warping.  This area is ideal for storing tennis ball cans, loose balls, towels, overgrips, sunscreen, or other personal items.
• Thermal Side Storage Pockets - These temperature-shielded pockets are intended to hold drinks, loose balls, towels, shoes, overgrips, sunscreen, or other personal items.  Wipe the interior lining with a damp cloth to clean up any condensation or spills.
• Front Zippered Sleeve Pocket - This pocket is a slim-profile sleeve perfectly tailored to accommodate sets of tennis strings or similarly flat-shaped items.
• Compression Molded Base - The self-standing base is crafted from extremely durable 1680D ballistic nylon and dense foam, built to withstand years of abrasions and rough conditions on the court.  Regularly brush off accumulated grit or court clay to maintain its premium appearance.
• Magnetic Lid - The magnetic lid is designed for secure and quick-access functionality on the court.  The lid is not designed to support heavy weight and should be handled with care to ensure long-lasting functionality. Keep the magnetic closure points free of sand or debris.

What to Avoid

• No Machine Washing: Never put your bag in a washing machine or dryer. The heat and agitation will destroy the internal structure, thermal lining, and magnetic components.
• No Harsh Chemicals: Avoid bleach, solvents, or abrasive cleaners that can strip the water-resistant coating from the exterior fabric.
