The Kyrion Standard of Resolution

We design our gear to stay on the court and out of landfills. If your bag experiences a covered defect, please contact us at info@kyrionsports.com. We will assess the issue and, at our discretion, provide a specialized repair solution or a complimentary replacement to ensure your gear remains in play. Please note this warranty is non-transferable.

What is Not Covered

This warranty is valid only when the product is used for its intended purpose under normal conditions. It does not cover:

• Improper Care & Negligence: Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, alterations, or abnormal wear.
• Incidental Damages: Loss of contents, loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses.
• Cosmetic Issues: Minor blemishes or scratches that do not impact the core functionality of the bag.

Understanding Normal Wear & Tear

Even the highest-quality materials will eventually show signs of aging with regular use. "Wear and tear" refers to the natural breakdown of materials over time and is not covered under this warranty. Common examples include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Fading colors due to prolonged UV/sun exposure.
• Material abrasions in high-friction areas (corners, bindings, bottom edges).
• Natural relaxation of fabric or elastic components, hook-and-loop closures, or shoulder straps.
